Shipments and Returns

Delivery

We will ship your items within 72 hours after receiving payment. We do our best to respect this delivery time, but it can be extended up to 96 hours during peak season (Christmas, etc.)
Shipping method is Colissimo. Colissimo delivery time is 48 hours for France, and between 3 to 8 days for other countries.
We deliver worldwide.

Prices are without delivery charges. Shipping cost will be automatically calculated during checkout.
Any order placed on the website which is delivered outside of the European Union may be subject to VAT and customs duties imposed by the country of destination. These taxes are the responsibility of the buyer, and their amount depends on the legislation of each country.

Delivery is free for all orders over 100 euros in Metropolitan France.

Order Tracking

Colissimo will send you an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped.

Return

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since you received your order, we can’t accept any return and refund. Check our shipments and returns page for more information.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging, unused and in the same condition that you received it. We will inspect all returned items. Any returned product that is incomplete, damaged or dirty will not be accepted and will be returned to you.

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping returns

 

To return your product, you should mail your product to : Eylyn Pedron, 10 rue de la Haute maison, 93160 Noisy le Grand, France.

Please send us an email as soon as you send your package back : hiyou@eplcparis.com. The email title must be : RETURN – your name - your order number

We advise you to send your item using a tracking number to make sure the package is delivered to us. We are not responsible for any lost item, and refund won’t be made in case the item is lost or stolen. If you choose to return your jewelry with a tracking method, please let us know the tracking number by email at hiyou@eplcparis.com

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you per email if the return is approved or rejected.

If you are approved, we will refund the credit card used for payment within 14 business days.

If it takes time for you to receive the refund, please check with your credit card company first as there is often some processing time.

No refund can be made on sale items.

Exchanges

We do not exchange any products. If you want to get another size or another color, you will need to place a new order.
