We will ship your items within 72 hours after receiving payment. We do our best to respect this delivery time, but it can be extended up to 96 hours during peak season (Christmas, etc.)
Shipping method is Colissimo. Colissimo delivery time is 48 hours for France, and between 3 to 8 days for other countries.
We deliver worldwide.<\/p>

Prices are without delivery charges. Shipping cost will be automatically calculated during checkout.
Any order placed on the website which is delivered outside of the European Union may be subject to VAT and customs duties imposed by the country of destination. These taxes are the responsibility of the buyer, and their amount depends on the legislation of each country.<\/p>

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since you received your order, we can\u2019t accept any return and refund.\nCheck our shipments and returns page for more information.<\/p>

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging, unused and in the same condition that you received it. We will inspect all returned items. Any returned product that is incomplete, damaged or dirty will not be accepted and will be returned to you.<\/p>

Please send us an email as soon as you send your package back : hiyou@eplcparis.com. The email title must be : RETURN \u2013 your name - your order number<\/p>

We advise you to send your item using a tracking number to make sure the package is delivered to us. We are not responsible for any lost item, and refund won\u2019t be made in case the item is lost or stolen. If you choose to return your jewelry with a tracking method, please let us know the tracking number by email at hiyou@eplcparis.com<\/p><\/div>
